From Monday, March 24th, at 9:46pm to Tuesday, March 25th at 11:50am, access to Service Desk (servicedesk.temple.edu) was intermittent. IT Services has resolved this issue.
On Sunday, March 23rd, from 8:02 pm to 9:05 pm, Temple's VDI system was unavailable. Information Technology Services has resolved this issue.
On Monday, March 24th, at 7:10 am, Priority Registration for Summer I & II was problematic graduate students. Information Technology Services has resolved this issue.
On Sunday, March 23rd, 2025, from 12:03 p.m. until 12:57 p.m., some Registration Tools in TUportal displayed an internal systerm error message. IT Services has resolved the issue. If you are still seeing an error message, please sign out and login to TUportal again.
