We are excited to announce that the Lewis Katz School of Medicine has updated its social media handle to @KatzTempleMed across all platforms. Building on the refreshed branding introduced last spring, this change reinforces that we are a named school and strengthens our connection to Temple University, while maintaining the distinct identity of Katz.

We encourage you to follow @KatzTempleMed for updates on the incredible work happening at Katz every day. Thank you for being part of this exciting evolution!

In the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy, the Katz community came together for a day of service and reflection. The Temple University PA Program assembled Blessing Bags with donations from Bombas, which were distributed to the community with the support of Thomas J. Frey, Director of Operations for The Everywhere Project. Katz employees also teamed up with local students and Temple University’s Office of Community Affairs to assemble toiletry kits at Berean Presbyterian Church. Meanwhile, the Office of Health Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion led "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Activism and Service," sparking meaningful discussions on Dr. King's impact.
