As we get closer to finals, the last thing you want to happen is to lose that big final project or essay you have been working on! There’s always the possibility that your computer can crash or the file can become corrupted. To avoid this risk, back up your work using Temple’s free cloud-based storage options:
► Using Microsoft Office desktop apps? To protect your work, make sure to enable AutoSave. Just slide the AutoSave switch to On at the top of your Word doc, Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation and follow the prompts to save your file to OneDrive.
► Using Microsoft Office online apps? All changes are automatically saved to OneDrive.
► Using Google apps, such as Docs, Sheets or Slides? All changes are automatically saved to your Google Drive.
