To better reflect the nature of our services, the Information Technology Services ‘Help Desk’ has been renamed the Technology Support Center. Staffed by professional consultants and technical student assistants, we will continue to be available to help with your technology-related issues.

Connecting to Temple's WiFi

Located in a Temple residence hall with a phone, laptop, game console or other smart device? We can help you to get connected.

Multi-Factor Authentication and OWLcard Mobile

Contact us if you need help with registering a phone for Multi-factor Authentication or setting up OWLcard Mobile.

Tech Tune-Up

Having trouble with your computer? Our Tech Tune-Up sessions offer comprehensive software services, such as removing viruses and malware, reinstalling your macOS or Windows operating system (provided you have the original license), backing up your data, and more.

To get started, contact the Technology Support Center at or any method listed below. After an initial consultation, we will schedule an appointment if needed. Visit the Tech Tune-Up webpage for more information. This service is available at no cost to currently registered students.

Access to Temple Systems

Whether you need assistance with activating or renewing your AccessNet account, or logging in to a Temple system (e.g., TUportal, Canvas or TUmail), our consultants can help.

Apple Repair at OWLtech
