Over the past year, Information Technology Services (ITS) has been working to develop an IT service catalog. The development and maintenance of a service catalog is a best practice in any IT organization.  

The service catalog is based on the Educause Higher Education IT Service Catalog model. We believe that the implementation of a service catalog in various formats across our web and communication channels will improve communication and clarity regarding the IT services available to the Temple community and will more closely align ITS resources to the university’s strategic priorities.
