Please be advised that access to tudad.temple.edu and tudadapp.temple.edu were unavailable starting at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 11 until 11:13 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12. Information Technology Services and the vendor confirm that access has been restored and available.

TeamDynamix (TDX) our ITSM Ticketing System had performance issues starting at 9:47 a.m. until 4:31 p.m. on Monday, November 10th. The vendor, TDX, has confirmed service and access have returned. Updates can be found here: https://status.teamdynamix.com/
