Each template integrates a set of fonts, color schemes, graphics and more that you can customize to fit your wants and needs.

You can either choose one of the existing templates/themes that appear when creating a new presentation or select one as follows:

  1. Go to the Microsoft PowerPoint templates site.

If you are prompted to log in, enter your @temple.edu address. Then select Work or school account and enter your AccessNet username and password.

  2. Choose a template and then click:

Open in browser to edit the template in PowerPoint online. Note that not all templates include this option.

Download to open the template using the PowerPoint desktop app. If prompted, click Enable Editing to make changes.

  3. Customize the PowerPoint text and layout to your specific needs. You can also delete the graphics provided or add your own.

Bonus Tip: Microsoft Word and Excel also have templates for resumes, cover letters, calendars, flyers, brochures and much more! Browse the Word or Excel template site.
